With a 64MB SDRAM and SuperCap backup, it handles unexpected power loss without losing data. Available in 32GB to 128GB capacity points and a standard (0C to 70C) or extended (-45C to 90C) temperature range. As with all of the Cactus Technologies Industrial Grade products Long Life Cycles, BOM control, Industrial Strength ECC, Wear Leveling and Defect Management are built in.
